Ingear Development rider Tom Copeland has finished crashing and has started to find his way onto the podium.

He has discovered another string to his bow - nocturne crit riding! After teasing him for calling himself team sprinter on the forum, he has been proving that he can sprint with the best of them.

Well done mate. Shame about the dodgy kit.

Matt Green finishes Pro 1.1 race

Matt finished his first proper pro road race at the weekend. Matt rode and finished the Ronde Van Overijssel in Holland, one of the oldest semi classics.

You can read the race report and see his name in the results (112th) by clicking on the race above.  This is a major achievement by Matt, it doesn't get much harder than this apart from the pro Tour stuff.

Matt and Toms team also now have their website up and running, there's still loads to go on it apparently, but it looks pretty cool to me, how lucky are they. You can find it at www.teamcyclingnews.com
